nvidia reports chips problems: 8400m & 8600m

Alright, there are recent official announcements from Nvidia and Dell that there are defects on the 8400m and 8600m mobile graphic chip. Even Yahoo News have reported on this matter. Nvidia is saying that they are going to spend $150 mil to $200 mil to get all these chips repaired and replaced. Is Dell going to repair mine?
